My LMAD journey started in 2014 when I first visited IofC. The level of ego, attitude and anger inside me was so high that I never felt that someone can get hurt from these things when I would say them.

After I started practicing the quiet time concept which all the coordinators explain how important it is, I realized I should give it a try and lets see what happens. Quiet time really helped me to calm myself down and see within myself. For me, quiet time made me understand where I stand in today’s world. But when I looked inside I realized that I am not worth being a part of anyone’s life. I lost so many of my friends because of my ego and anger. Even I started separating from my parents. I was hurting them bad with my words and my ego. But once I started practicing quiet time, I got a way to calm myself down.

LMAD and Quiet time had really changed my life a lot. I tried to reconcile with my lost friends and I am still trying to get my friends back. It also helped me to make new friends who helped me solve my problems by listening to me and giving their suggestions which has really helped me. I am really thankful to my friend who introduced this idea to me. I am still new to this concept and want to learn more about the things that could make me lead a better life in future. The things which LMAD made me realise are the pure values of Purity, Honesty, Love and Unselfishness. I would say LMAD has changed my life and I have a strong belief that it can touch anyone’s life in some way or the other.
